I was introduced to yoga back in 2006 while studying in Sweden. Little did I know how much I would grow to enjoy such practice. Through exploring different styles of yoga, I became particularly drawn to the Vinyasa and Ashtanga Vinyasa practices and delved deeper into the study of yoga from an anatomical and philosophical aspect when moving to the Netherlands in 2009.
Yoga is an integral part of my daily life both on and off the mat, a cherished gift that I am extremely passionate about in sharing it with others through my teaching.
