I began my yoga journey in 2018, during a time of sport transition searching for who I was beyond the title of world karate champion. Yoga became a way to reconnect with my body and browse this major identity shift. What started as a physical practice soon evolved into a space for reflection & self-discovery. Over time, yoga and meditation have taught me that self discovery isn’t just about inspiration, it’s also about noticing where resistance lives and meeting it with curiosity. And that’s exactly what I offer in my Vinyasa classes: A space to explore your body, your breath, and your inner landscape with both curiosity and care. Every class blends strength and flexibility, both physically and mentally. There’s always a balance of effort and ease. My flows are guided by a theme or intention, so you leave feeling more connected and grounded. You’re welcome to show up exactly as you are. Your mat will hold space for every version of you. Strong, tired, joyful, broken🤍
